LOL Accounts Liability
All bought LOL Accounts are covered by our anti-ban-guarantee. If your purchased account gets banned within a specific time of purchase, stated on the product site itself, you will get a similar one for free. All you have to provide us for a refund is the order number so we can check what the cause of the ban was. We are not covering bans related to scripting, botting, toxicity (e.g. 9001 and 2203). Please make sure to contact us within 7 days after purchase if you should face this problem.
Most of our accounts are already verified by its creator so you cannot change the e-mail, password, etc.
If someone else used the account within our pronounced inactive time, contact us within 3 hours of purchase otherwise we will not check your claim as the misuse probability is too high.
If you are opening a dispute before trying to solve the problem with us we are stopping any conversation for the time the dispute is not closed. This will not pause warranty period.
